There’s a lot to be said for that, but even if you’re pleased with the performance of your business, you still need to set a growth goal of at least 10%.  Why? Because not only is there no certainty in the future, but you can bet that the competition is going to be tougher in the coming year. So even if you simply want to maintain your sales, we encourage you to set a 10% growth goal. That way you’ll have a better chance of landing where you want to be!
