MACS Has Rebranded

The Mobile Air Conditioning Society has rebranded to become the Mobile Air Climate Systems Association (MACS).

The Mobile Air Conditioning Society has rebranded to become the Mobile Air Climate Systems Association (MACS). During a year-long project, the MACS board and staff worked with the Blue Door Agency of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to conduct unbiased, data-driven research to create the new brand.

MACS president and Chief Operating Officer Elvis L. Hoffpauir explains, “We are now the Mobile Air Climate System Association (MACS) – a better reflection of the whole of our efforts as system technology experts and as an inclusive organization dedicated to advancing the next generation of professionals. Our tagline, ‘Cooling What Moves You,’ encapsulates mobility and speaks directly to climate control in a short, memorable statement. As a first step, we have launched a new website that showcases our updated visual identity and provides a platform to deliver content and trainings more efficiently. The address, which has changed to www.macsmobileairclimate.org, has launched this week.”

MACS also has a new logo, designed as a nod to its original logo of 40 years while also embracing the future.
