Mitchell 1 Integrates Nexpart Online Catalog

Integration designed to improve real-time search for multiple suppliers, allowing for faster purchasing decisions.

Mitchell 1 announced the WHI Solutions Nexpart Multi-Seller online catalog is now available in the latest release of its Manager SE shop management system, making it easier for parts buyers to search multiple suppliers in real time, allowing for faster purchasing decisions.

“As the shop management system with the most integrated parts catalogs, Manager SE has been further enhanced with the addition of the Nexpart Multi-Seller platform, which gives our customers free access to their preferred parts suppliers with one click,” said Ben Johnson, director of product management for Mitchell 1. “The eCommerce platform makes part shopping easy and relieves the headache of managing multiple buying accounts, saving time and increasing shop productivity.”

The Nexpart Multi-Seller catalog connects shops to over 40,000 seller locations, including most of the buying groups and national chains such as Autozone, NAPA and Advance Auto Parts (including Carquest and WorldPac), according to Mitchell 1. It is virtually available 24/7, allowing shops to order parts at their convenience. With one lookup, shops can find parts vendors in their area, view real-time inventory and availability, immediately place the order, transfer the parts and estimated labor charges through Manager SE and instantly build estimates.

Mitchell 1 says Manager SE shop management software helps mechanical auto repair shops streamline workflow and track activity from estimate to invoice. The tools and reports in Manager SE give shops a 360-degree view of the entire operation, helping them manage repairs, customer service and the overall business more efficiently and profitably. Manager SE is integrated with ProDemand, Mitchell 1’s comprehensive repair information system to further increase shop productivity.
