Auto Care Association Director of State Affairs Tom Tucker addressed nearly 400 Alliance members and channel partners at the Sheraton New Orleans on June 4, to discuss the industry’s political status.
The 10 Auto Value, Bumper to Bumper and Confidence Plus Certified Service Center council members in attendance joined several critical players from Alliance headquarters for three days of discussions, brainstorming and camaraderie.
The Alliance Scholarship program was developed in 2001 and has given away nearly $1 million in scholarships to deserving students.
“This was a great meeting,” said Scott Bennett, Alliance chairman of the board and president of Bennett Auto Supply. “Our meeting was overwhelmingly productive and it was great to see all of our channel partners under one roof as we prepare them for our visit to AAPEX with 5,000 of our technician customers during the Aftermarket Jackpot this November.”
